Lightmaster app for iPhone and iPad

The application is designed as a light meter for the film camera enthusiasts. It allows to calculate the proper shutter speed and aperture value for the selected film ISO. All you need to do is simply point your iPhone camera on the object you want to shoot and adjust the knobs right on the screen.

LightMaster is working in 3 modes:

‘P’ – only ISO speed is required, aperture and shutter are set automatically. Good for quick shots.

‘Tv’ – Time value, when you set ISO and shutter speed. Aperture is adjusting by the app. This mode is recommended when the shutter is crucial for your shot (e.g. for shooting quickly moving objects).

‘Av’ – Aperture value: Only ISO and Aperture are set. Proper shutter is self-calculated. Perfect for beautiful depth-of-field effects or lack of daylight.

Available shutter stops: B (when longer than 1 second), 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/15, 1/30, 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500 and 1/1000.

Aperture numbers: 1.4, 2, 2.8, 4, 5.6, 8, 11, 16, 22.

Film speed ISO: 25, 50, 100, 160, 200, 400, 800.
